Live Momentously
It’s the little things in life that build a big life, isn’t it?
It’s the seemingly unimportant stuff in an ordinary existence that have the capacity to create an important and significant life story.
Love for Every Heart
I “get” it … it seems like Valentine’s Day is for a select few folks who are head over heels in love with a wonderful human being.
But that’s not exactly true …
The Unconditional Love of God
The love of God is likely one of those mysteries this side of heaven that we will wrestle with until we are in the presence of Him who is Love Himself.
There is absolutely no human way to comprehend the enormous … eternal … all-encompassing … never-wavering … unconditional … love of God.
And yet … it is vital to spend our earthly existence trying to do just that.
Looking Back & Looking Ahead
I have always dealt with a conundrum of the soul …
Perhaps this battle of mine is more philosophical than theological … but honestly … I am not sure.
This Civil War that has waged conflict in the deepest part of me for decades has become too obnoxious to ignore and at this stage of life … I must somehow bring peace to the volatility.
Let Me See the Blueprints
If you deeply desire life at its finest, a shelter in the time of stormy weather, and a home that will be the treasure chest of lovely memories, you must use the blueprint that your Master Builder has provided for you. The building code established in the Word of God will guarantee that your heart will become the home of your dreams. However, you will never establish such a home without studying the blueprints.
This Is Only a Test
It seems to me that life is often a series of tests.
Some tests are huge … they cause anxiety … and require intense focus … not to mention the role that gut-wrenching prayer plays in helping me to pass these gigantic tests!
Other tests are mere quizzes and can be breezed through easily and successfully.
Even Better
We foolishly think that no more overspending … no more overeating … no more gossiping … no more wasting time playing games on one’s phone … will solve every reason why we are only living half a life.
Just One Thing
What if I told you that there is one simple change that you could make in the coming year that would change your life exponentially? Would you do it?
The Joy of Christmas
Memories are pieces of the past that become lodged in the deepest caverns of your heart. Memories are meant to be treasured … and to be lovingly lingered over … day after day … year after year. Some memories are treasured so deeply within one’s soul that not only are the facts of the moment catalogued in the annals of the brain … but somehow … some way … one’s heart is tied to that single event with intense and poignant feelings. Such is the memory that I have of a December evening when I was only 6 years old …
Impossibility is God’s Specialty
As we travel through the days of this most miraculous month of the year, rather than going to the mall together – let’s travel to the place of miracles … to the place of the angel’s song … and to the place where the Baby was born. I’d like to invite you to travel through time with me and eavesdrop on the conversation that the Angel Gabriel had with a young woman by the name of Mary.
The Heart of Joy
Christmas is a tender time and yet it is a moment in all of our lives when heaven bids us come into the heart of joy. Just because you are dealing with enormous emotional pain this year … doesn’t mean that you are excluded from the joy of Christmas.
Christmas Is For You!
At Christmas, I have learned that sad things are sadder and that happier things are happier. I want to talk to both groups of Christmas people today … those who are sad and those who are happy. Wherever you are in your emotional spectrum, Christmas is for you.
Thanksgiving Day
From all of us at Carol McLeod Ministries, we are praying for you on this Thanksgiving Day 2021.
For that ... I am Grateful!
The 5 words that have changed my life are these:
“For that … I am grateful.”
A Note from Carol: One of the most fulfilling aspects of my ministry is the privilege of partnering with others who have dedicated their lives to proclaiming the hope and truth found in God’s Word. I believe we are in a season where God is amplifying the voices of those uniquely called to inspire, encourage, and equip the Church. Today, I’m thrilled to introduce you to Chanel Dokun. She is not only a gifted life coach but also a passionate advocate for helping women discover their purpose and build fulfilling lives. With her expertise in personal growth and her deep understanding of God’s Word, Chanel combines practical wisdom with spiritual truth in a way that feels both empowering and transformative. It is an honor to share my platform with her, and I know you will be deeply blessed by her insights.
